All ZONG Customers using Android phones are eligible for this process
Payment Association Process;
In order

1. customer use ZONG Balance for his Google Play Purchases
2. customer will need to enable ZONG as a Billing Method.

How to Pay;

•  First Click any paid resource like (app or in-app purchase).
•  Second Click“Add Payment method”
• Third Click“Enable Carrier Billing”
• Fourth Click“Enable”
• Add Your personal details and then save
• Add their Google Account password as a verification.
• After these steps Payment Successful.
• Email sent from the association to you.

Transaction Limits;

Daily and Monthly transaction limits are applied on Play Purchases to control accidental purchases, Limits are below:

•     Daily Limit; PKR 8000
•     Monthly Limit; PKR 16,000

Refund Policies;

Customers can claim a Refund against their purchases within 1 Year of purchase following the below methods:

1.     Play Store; My Apps and games
2.     Account; Report a problem
3.     Contact Google Support,
4.     Contact Developer,
